EAPP Placement and PWR Fulfillment
Placement
Students admitted to the University of Rochester through EAPP begin the program in the fall semester with WRTG 101: Communication across Contexts I and WRTG 103: Critical Reading, Reasoning, and Writing. After completing these courses with a grade of “C” or better, students proceed to WRTG 102: Communication across Contexts II and WRTG 104: Research, Reading, and Writing in the spring semester.

Primary Writing Requirement
EAPP students fulfill the primary writing requirement by earning a “C” or better in WRTG 103: Critical Reading, Reasoning, and Writing and WRTG 104: Research, Reading, and Writing.
