Laura Jones co-developed and teaches WRT 273, Communicating Your Professional Identity. As lead instructor, she oversees instructor training and development, the Real Reader program, and other administrative projects related to the WRT 27X courses.
With nearly 20 years of experience as a career advisor and instructor in university settings, Jones has also designed and taught courses in career planning and job search skills at the University at Buffalo (SUNY) and Bucknell University. Most recently, she developed a career exploration course at UR for first-years and sophomores (CAS 104).
Jones divides her time between WSAP and the Gwen M. Greene Career and Internship Center, where she is a senior career adviser.
